Non-Refundable Fees
Registration fees are non-refundable. However, if a participant is unable to attend the scheduled conference, requests for fee transfers to a future conference organized by ACAVENT will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If a double payment occurs, you will be refunded the excess amount (extra payment).
Substitute Delegates
Participants who cannot attend may send a substitute delegate at no additional cost, provided that ACAVENT is informed of the substitution at least 30 days in advance, and the registration payment has been confirmed.
Bank Charges
Participants are responsible for any bank charges incurred during the refund process.
Postponement of Conference
- Rescheduling: If the conference is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather events, strikes, acts of nature), the registration fee will be applied to the new conference date.
- Credit Option: If a participant cannot attend the rescheduled conference, they will receive a 100% credit of the registration fee. This credit is valid for one year from the date of issuance and can be applied towards a future ACAVENT conference.
Liability Disclaimer
ACAVENT is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, terrorism, or other force majeure events.
