Cancellation

If you find yourself needing to cancel your registration for an ACAVENT Conference:

Cancellations 50 days or more before the conference are eligible to receive a 75% refund of their registration fees.

Cancellations that are between 50 days and 20 days before the conference will be eligible for a 50% refund for their registration fees.

Cancellations received fewer than 20 days prior to the conference date will not be eligible for any refund.
