Event Coordinator (REMOTE)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned events, including but not limited to conferences, webinars, and customer events
- Managing the registration process, including handling online registrations and providing customer service to attendees to ensure they have a positive experience at the conference
- Â Preparing of participant list for each conference
- Co-ordinate necessary internal and external communication with regard to the conference(s)
- Coordinate all pre-event communications, including save the dates, invitations, and website updates
- Manage various aspects of the events
- Moderating Virtual Sessions of the online events
- On-site management of in-person events
- Post-event evaluation and reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, business administration, or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in event industry
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations
