Event Coordinator (REMOTE)

Our company is growing rapidly and is looking for a remote Conference Event Coordinator. We appreciate you taking the time to review the list of qualifications and apply for the position. If you don’t fill all of the qualifications, you may still be considered depending on your level of experience. This position works remotely, so you must have reliable internet and phone access, and be able to use chat features like text, WhatsApp, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned events, including but not limited to conferences, webinars, and customer events
  • Managing the registration process, including handling online registrations and providing customer service to attendees to ensure they have a positive experience at the conference
  •  Preparing of participant list for each conference
  • Co-ordinate necessary internal and external communication with regard to the conference(s)
  • Coordinate all pre-event communications, including save the dates, invitations, and website updates
  • Manage various aspects of the events
  • Moderating Virtual Sessions of the online events
  • On-site management of in-person events
  • Post-event evaluation and reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, business administration, or related fields
  • 1-2 years of experience in event industry
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations
