Full paper will be requested for subsequent publication opportunities which means you have opportunity to finish your paper until after the conference. although if you wish to present your full paper at conference proceedings the deadline is same as the abstract submission deadline.

The required time duration of Reviewing Process is between 7-10 Days.

To present a paper at the conference venue, attendees must register as regular/student presenter whether they present the paper orally or by a poster. Otherwise you consider as listener.

Admission to scientific sessions, Admission to exhibition and poster viewing, All Conference materials, Tea/coffee and lunch, Certificate of Attendance and City tour. All accepted research papers will be published and indexed in the conference proceedings.

Yes, it will be given.

Only one of the authors listed on the accepted paper must pay the registration fee for a presenter (Regular/Student) by the requested registration deadline, it means there will be one presenter.

Please notice that the scientific organizing committee has the final approval for scheduling all abstracts/papers and sessions for the conference; this includes the day, time, type of session, and abstracts within the session. Usually the first day of conference is for Scientific Sessions (presentations day), the second day is for Virtual Presentation and the last day will be for city tour.

The Keynote speakers are selected by the Scientific committee and we’ll inform you of that later on the main page of our website.

Please kindly send us your CV, we will contact you with a detailed explanation in case the scientific Committee evaluate your background for being a keynote speaker.

Design your poster so that it is easy to read and include some visuals or charts. Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors’ names and affiliations. Remember the audience may have a short time frame to read your poster.Poster boards will be provided to display poster presentation materials.

The Letter of Invitation will be sent only upon completion of registration and payment.

We are not authorized to assist with the visa process beyond providing an invitation letter and the contents of all letters are the same. The organizing committee would like to clearly state that the letter is only to help the participant to obtain a visa or to raise travel funds and has no further financial obligations from the conference towards the participant.

Travel expenses are not deductible since it is completely depending on the activities, accommodation and days of which attendees will stay.
